Service Associate

Serve our customers by welcoming customers and answering customer questions regarding products and services. Service Associates help customers make buying decisions and operate registers to complete customer transactions. Service Associates assist in the receiving of new merchandise from vendors, prepare merchandise for the selling floor and display merchandise on the sales floor. Service Associates maintain a clean shopping area to maximize store appeal, assist in minimizing loss of company assets and maintain a safe working environment.

Receiving Associate

Serve our customers by unloading trucks and accurately checking in and ticketing merchandise. Receiving Associates prepare merchandise for the selling floor and follow daily production standards to hang, fold and tag merchandise as required. Receiving Associates provide information and maintain historical receiving data. Receiving Associates assist in minimizing loss of company assets and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Cash Office Audit Associate

Serve our customers by working part-time to conduct the daily sales audit, maintain cash office security, and partner with Store Management and Loss Prevention to identify and report potential loss situations. Cash Office Audit Associates provide information and communicate effectively, exhibit a positive and helpful attitude with business partners, control work flow and manage time efficiently to ensure meeting deadlines, and maintain an effective information storage and retrieval system.

Visual Display Associate

Serve our customers by assisting in marketing and merchandising by creating displays, placing merchandise for maximum appeal, and following guidelines to assure that appropriate visual displays, merchandise and signage are set to publicize merchandise and special events. Visual Display Associates plan and study concepts for visual display, coordinate actions with the Store Management Team to discuss plans for setting visual displays and ensure high quality floor presentation. Visual Display Associates provide information and offer suggestions, information and training for visual display strategies and techniques.

Assistant Store Managers help recruit, train and develop store associates, and help create an empowering workplace environment. Serve our customers by supporting Store Management to minimize loss of company assets and maintain a safe and secure environment for Customers and Associates. Area Loss Prevention Coordinators proactively implement Loss Prevention by observing operations, interactions and processes, and ensure adherence to Loss Prevention & Safety policies and procedures. Area Loss Prevention Coordinators conduct thorough and complex internal and external investigations to prevent and resolve potential loss situations and cases. Area Loss Prevention Coordinators provide Loss Prevention & Safety training and education to our Store Associates.

Area Loss Prevention Managers direct and manage Loss Prevention team efforts in a specific geographic area. Area Loss Prevention Managers establish effective internal and external Loss Prevention & Safety controls, and ensure adherence to Loss Prevention & Safety policies and procedures. Area Loss Prevention Managers maintain a leadership presence in the area and provide Loss Prevention & Safety training and education to LP and Store Associates.
